We are experts in preparing individuals to excel in competency-based public and civil service interviews. We have a track record of success and will ensure that you are ready to score as highly as possible in each competency. Whether you are applying for a promotion to AO or going through the TLAC process to become Secretary General, we can help you prepare for, and perform during, the interview.
Using the application form you send us in advance, we will put you through an interview covering several of the competency areas, using different types of questions and ways of probing your answers.
We’ll record it and our consultant will go back through the recording with you, working together to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
We’ll then interview you again, allowing you to immediately apply the new structures and techniques, and you’ll leave the session with a plan for how to effectively and confidently prepare for your interview.

Yes. Don’t worry if you can’t make it to our office. All of our courses are adaptable and can be delivered just as effectively on any online platform.
We have adapted our offering to fully replicate the experience online. Working remotely, we can still record your mock interview, play it back live and assess it together.
And then give you a clear road map to improvement.
How long does the course take?
About 90 minutes and it’s one-to-one.
